 Dana Moore: Director of Property Management, Dana oversees the operations of Oakwood's residential properties. Dana has been with Oakwood since 1986 and was an on-site manager and Regional Manager prior to assuming her current position in 1996. Dana is a licensed Ohio Realtor, and a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor. She is very active in the Columbus Apartment Association (past President), sitting on the Board of Trustees, and is President of the Ohio Apartment Association. | ||

John D. Wymer: President of Oakwood Management, John offers more than 35 years of experience with a broad base of property management expertise ranging from rehab to new construction projects along with hands on experience with both small and large apartment communities and management of commercial properties. In addition to being a Certified Property Manager and a Certified Apartment Supervisor, Mr. Wymer is also past president of the Columbus Apartment Association and a founding trustee of the Ohio Apartment Association. Regional Managers: Six regional managers oversee our portfolio of 8,500 plus apartment homes. Our regional managers are as diverse as our communities, each specializing in their unique field ranging from class A, B and C communities, tax credit communities, senior communities, both on new construction and lease up to renovation of established communities. They are educated in the field of property management holding such designations as Certified Property Manager, Certified Apartment Property Supervisor, Certified Credit Compliance Professional, and Ohio Licensed Realtor, all which require continuing education to maintain.
